My husband and I were so impressed by the two men who installed two furnaces and a/c units in our new condo. The condo is large, had originally been two separate units so has two of everything. We had Mitch give us an estimate a few months before we moved in, before we had even purchased the property because the existing units were around 30 years old. When I emailed Mitch that we wanted his company to have the job he was able to schedule installation for two days later. The two young men were polite, professional and very efficient. We were originally told that they might need to return the following day to complete the job (The HOA limits construction to just 8-3:30 M-F) but everything was finished, cleaned up and all of the old pieces hauled away before 3:30.
