My husband and I were so impressed by the two men who installed two furnaces and a/c units in our new condo. The condo is large, had originally been two separate units so has two of everything. We had Mitch give us an estimate a few months before we moved in, before we had even purchased the property because the existing units were around 30 years old. We moved in 8/28 and it was obvious that one half of our condo did not have a working air conditioner. When I emailed Mitch that we wanted his company to have the job he was able to schedule installation for two days later. The two young men were polite, professional and very efficient. We were originally told that they might need to return the following day to complete the job (The HOA limits construction to just 8-3:30 M-F) but everything was finished, cleaned up and all of the old pieces hauled away before 3:30. Robert RittigerFirst time using Metro for my air conditioner service. They had bought the company that originally installed my unit. Called in the morning, got a 2-6 pm estimate. Kevin call me at 2:30 that he was on his way. Showed up at 3pm, checked my unit, found the issue and made the repair. I had air conditioning by 3:45. Kevin was great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and didn't try to up sell me on parts or services that I didn't need. I will definitely be using Metro for any future issues.Posted on Google
